Retail Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  1. Timeframe: Items must be returned within 5 days of the original delivery date.
  2. Condition: Merchandise must be in new, resalable condition with all original shrink-wrap and packaging intact.
  3. Exceptions: The following items are non-returnable:
  4. Opened products
  5. Promotional items

Acceptable Returns:

  1. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
  2. Returns must have a documented indentation/ding larger than 7x7x3mm.
  3. Any product with visible box dishing, punctures, or splitting is returnable.
  4. Returns that are not damaged will require a 10% restocking fee plus the retailer is responsible for shipping
  5. All returns must be approved by sales@capstone-games.com 

2. Approved Return, Credit, & Exchange Options:

  1. Mail Returns: To return an item by mail, please follow these steps:
  2. Contact Capstone Games customer service at 513-873-3123 or email us at sales@capstone-games.com to obtain a return authorization number.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
  4. Include a copy of your original invoice.
  5. Mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the package to: Capstone Games 2 Techview Dr. Cincinnati, OH 45215
  7. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  1. Credit to Your Account (Minor Damaged/Approved):
  2. A 35% credit will be issued to your account for each damaged item that has been approved. These items do not need to be returned. 

3. Refunds & Credits:

  1. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued as a credit to your account.
  2. Processing Time: Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed and your account to be credited.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at 513-873-3123 or sales@capstone-games.com. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or credit.
  2. Damage exceeding our minor damage tolerance will be credited to your account or replaced. Discretion will be left to Capstone Games in case of stock quantity allocation.  

5. Exchanges:

  1. To exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
  2. Exchange requests can be made, but require a 10% restock fee. Retailers are responsible for shipping and handling. 

6. Documentation of Returns:

  1. For all returns, please include a detailed description of the reason for the return and any relevant information, such as pictures of the damage with dates included in an email or Google Drive link. This will help us process your return quickly and efficiently.

7. Additional Notes:

  1. This return policy applies only to retailers who have purchased products directly from Capstone Games.
  2. Capstone Games reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
